The total budget of these investments is estimated to exceed one billion euros.
According to the same sources, the first investments is related to the creation of a luxury touristic village in Ermionida Valley (Argolida), which will include the construction of a 5-star hotel, golf court and a golf club building, as well as a beach club and holiday residences.

The second investment involves the creation of a touristic resort in Poligiros (Halkidiki), with the construction of a 5-star hotel, golf courts and luxurious residences being provided.
It is also worth noting that on the basis of these expected investments a meeting between the Secretary of Investments and Competitiveness, Mr. Mitarakis, and the Chief Executive Officer of Invest in Greece, Mr. Isaias, has been scheduled. In the framework of this meeting, Mr. Mitarakis will receive all the necessary information regarding the upcoming investments and the relevant official announcements are expected to follow.
