Given that POOLSTONES by SOFIKITIS has adopted a customer-focused philosophy, this kind of input indicates that we are on the right way for accomplishing our objectives. Besides, POOLSTONES by SOFIKITIS has earned a solid reputation as an outstanding, accessible and responsive customer service provider on an international level.

The most recent example of customers’ positive feedback which confirms the last argument is Mr. Udo Fleischmann’s congratulation e-mail (Atlas Group) that we received immediately after the summer holidays.

Atlas Group is undoubtedly our biggest client in Spain. For the last three years Atlas Group and POOLSTONES by SOFIKITIS has been successfully working together on the basis of order execution for specific projects, and we are fully aware of our effectiveness in meeting our customer needs.

The order made by Atlas Group in September 2013 has been one of the most important in terms of quantity, given that the products ordered equated to more than half a truck and would be used for two projects of marble overflows.
